We aim to deliver all products within 3-5 working days depending on availability and will email you to let you know that your order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged please refuse delivery and contact us.

To help you get the maximum out of the carriage charges, we have listed below costs and weights for each delivery service.

• This charge covers;
  • items up to 29.9kg in weight
  • sheets no larger than 1999 x 1250 mm
• Applies only to Mainland UK
• Estimated 3-5 working days from order, depending on availability

• This charge covers;
  • Items over 30kg
  • Sheets no longer than 2500 mm or wider than 1250 mm
• Applies only to Mainland UK
• Please contact us for delivery charges for larger sheets or for non-Mainland UK destinations
• Estimated 3-5 working days from order, depending on availability
• We may be able to offer a discounted rate if the sheet is cut in half, please call or email us to enquire about this
• Please note oversize sheets 3000mm long carry a pallet charge of £234.

  • Items under 2kg
  • Sheets no longer than 300 mm or wider than 300 mm
• Applies only to Mainland UK
• Estimated 3-5 working days from order, depending on availability

• This offer only applies to parcel orders over £100 that are;
  • Being delivered to a Mainland UK address
  • No longer than 2000 mm or wider than 1000 mm
• May Exclude Garden Products
• Excludes order over 30kg
• We have the right to withdraw this offer at any time

Free delivery on pallet orders over £500

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of goods at the time of delivery – if possible, visibly damaged goods should be refused at point of delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Please notify us of the damage, sending us the following information;

• Photo of the damaged item(s)
• Photo of the packaging
• Order number and date of order

Pallet deliveries must be signed for by the customer, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with Buy Metal Online/the delivery company.

Any pallets over 2 meters long will be required to be offloaded by the customer on arrival of your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of goods at the time of delivery

• If the delivery is damaged – do not accept and alert us of the damage as soon as possible
• Also take photographs if possible

If a pallet is signed for in good condition and it later reported to us as damaged we may not be able to offer compensation.
